Ron Fredericks writes: I was asked to be the event chair for this District 4,  Division C, Area 5 contest. This blog post will act as a living document so our clubs can work together as we plan the event for October 2, 2009. Look to this post for meeting minutes, plan, participants, and time line.

“We are holding the C5 Area Humorous and Evaluation Contest at Synopsis in building 2. The address is 455 N Mary Ave, Sunnyvale, CA. The Date of the contest is Friday October 2nd. It will start at 7.00pm. Please fill the form below to register for the Area contest. Please come at 6.30pm to enjoy the refreshments.     3) Corrected Gene’s title from TM to VPM – Chief Judge, evaluation contest

Add some action items to the timeline for Veronica – a) bring drinking water, and napkins to support food; b) bring extra copies of contestant eligibility and biography forms; c) create a high level agenda for the event from setup to cleanup.
    3) Update Pre-registration Chair Quyen’s timeline to include bringing name tags to the event.
    4) Add food related action items to Food Chair’s timeline (Vish): Bring food to event along with disposable eating utensils, plates, and cups.
